The recruitment team consists of Teresa, Rachel, Colm, Aisling and Ciara who have over 15 years’ combined recruitment expertise. GlobeTech Services believes in personal connection and our recruitment team work together to bring innovative and diverse people into our organisation to support and fulfil not only our own company needs, but also our client's needs. The team specialise in multi-lingual global technical recruitment, with a huge emphasis on sourcing international candidates.

We manage the end to end recruitment cycle encompassing planning, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and working closely with our HR team to manage onboarding. In order to meet the expectations of our client's demands we also have a highly skilled team of remote recruiters who are globally dispersed to support our internal Recruitment function. Together we consistently work toward our common goal of delivering excellent people.

Operations Team

The ops team at GlobeTech Services is headed up by Ronan, Chief Operations Officer. The ops team ensure that both client expectations and the individual needs of all our people are met. With over 15 years' experience delivering IT projects, the ops team are well versed in the latest trends in leading and developing teams, performance management tools and techniques and strategies to ensure a motivated and engaged workforce. Stephan, our Project Manager, with responsibility for client deliverables, working closely with our Onsite Support Leads Robyn, Ronan, Martin, Rachel and Sinéad, ensure that our teams are fully resourced, fully trained and fully aware of what the expectations are for each project and each role.

Our Relocation & Logistics team, consisting of MiYoung and Lauren, support our employees in all aspects of relocation from booking flights and travel to sourcing accommodation.

HR Team

The HR team consists of Hannah, Andrea and Emma who have a combined experience of over 15 years in Human Resources. All team members are CIPD accredited, with educational levels of two Master Degrees in Human Resource Management and a BA Hons in Human Resource Management.

The team work on developing HR strategies in coordination with continuous improvement and implementation of policies and procedures, whilst interpreting and advising on employment legislation. The HR team are subject matter experts when it comes to supporting international employees with expatriation and employment eligibility which has lead to a Trusted Partner status with the Department for Business, Enterprise and Innovation. The training and development of our employees is the cornerstone to our business and is considered of utmost importance when developing our existing workforce and attracting talent into the organisation.

The team encourages and supports employee engagement through a suite of HR initiatives to embed and enhance the company's culture.

With over 20 year’s experience working in the finance and payroll field across a range of sectors from SME’s to multinationals, our professionally qualified Finance team are experts in accounting, taxation and payroll globally.

Colin, Jerry, Deirdre and Julie understand the challenges that working in a new country can bring and are more than happy to support all employees to help them understand payroll taxes, social welfare systems and any other finance related issues.

Developing software solutions is in our DNA at GlobeTech Services. The software service team have been creating solutions that meet our client needs for over 20 years and have had some fantastic international successes.

With teams in Cork, the US and India, we have developed client solutions across a range of sectors from parking enforcement to transport on demand solutions, and event management to ERP systems. Our software has been used at major international events such as the London Olympic Games, the Superbowl & Coachella in the US.
